Cancellation /No Show up and Refund Policy

Scheduled lessons may be changed regarding time, date or place by notifying to A Quick Success Driving School instructor of the intended change at least 48 hours in advance of the lesson. If the lesson is booked one day before then you can cancel it within one hour of booking. If a student cancels late or is otherwise unable to attend or does not show up for a scheduled lesson, then the student will lose the lesson time. The lost time could have been better spent in training of another student. Still at our sole discretion the lesson may be revived by charging $25 per hour from the student or the lesson will be forfeited.

If the student is unable to take unused lessons for any reasons/circumstances then there will be no refund from the paid lessons/packages. Still all lessons/package fees are valid for one year from the date of payment. We have no refund Policy. Remember, there is never a charge for lessons cancelled in a timely manner.

The Road Test

Please bring desired documents by ICBC for the road test.You may be refused a road test by ICBC if any relevant paper is missing. No Refund if ICBC refuses test.You must notify us of your desire to cancel a road test at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your booking charges with us. Failure to intimate correct, date, time and place of road test by the student will result to no refund.

If due to unavoidable circumstances the road test is cancelled then car will be provided to the student next time free of cost if already paid. (Unavoidable circumstances:-Extreme bad Weather/ ICBC System failure/ Company fails to provide the car for road test) In Extreme bad Weather conditions, student should not compel the School authorities to render services. At that moment, it is the sole discretion of the "Driving School" to provide the car due to safety measures.

According to ICBC’S New Insurance Model Policy from 1 September 2019, all students who will drive any of driving school vehicles more than 12 days in any 12 months period, his name should be listed in the Insurance Policy of the Vehicle. So therefore, all students who will be taking lessons with our driving school more than 12 days in any 12 months period, their names will be added in the Insurance Policy of the Vehicle.

Lesson Details

Lessons will normally be a full one hour or one and half hour or two hours or any other length of time agreed upon between student and school or student and instructor.All fees are payable in full at the time of booking of lesson/package. Maximum charges will be $100 per hour lesson and car rental per Road Test $500 .During the lesson, the student will receive both driving time behind the wheel and verbal training where the training vehicle may or may not be in actual motion due to safety considerations/discussions/explanations. Each of our lessons may contain at least 70% actual practice driving time.All lessons start and end at the appointed time, although the lesson may start earlier if there is mutual agreement between the student and the instructor. If the student is late for a lesson appointment the student loses that portion of the lesson time for which he or she was late. Please allow 15 minutes grace period to the instructor if he is not there on appointed time before contacting the office. He may be late due to traffic or other unavoidable circumstances which is beyond control. Rest assured you will be given full lesson time.There may be circumstances when maximum four people including instructor may be present in the car due to unavoidable issues or observation or pick up or drop off purposes. Moreover, ICBC may place other examiners in the car also on your Road Test day.Not having face mask/face shield (due to covid-19)optional, valid Driving License and prescription glasses etc on the lesson day, will result in no lesson during the appointed time and the student has to pay for the lesson time or lesson time will be forfeited.Lessons/ packages can’t be transferred between other family members or friends. A Quick Success Driving School reserves the right to change/adjust your lesson date/timings due to conflicts in scheduling. The changes that need to be done will be notified to you in advance. If a student cause a crash and found at fault by ICBC then deductible/claim amount will have to be paid by the student. Appearing in Road Test without preparation/readiness is the sole decision of the student driver.
